For The World cup one of our major clients was an International Mining Company who had 200 guests split in two groups. 100 for the semifinal and one 100 for the final. Each guest was personally chauffeured accompanied by a bodyguard. In Johannesburg we selected The Westclff hotel and Cape Town The Tavble Bay.

An ambulance and Doctor were 24/7 on hand as well as a full security contingent. Every guest flew first class or came in on their own Jet.

We customize tours, as we did The Solar Eclipse in Messina. Professor Block lectured the guests and hosted the event. We had international visitors from China, Europe The USA and South America. An entire tented village was created for the hundreds who attended. Caterers were secured to serve 4 meals a day.

Conferences for ICASA , The International Women’s Forum, The United nations to name a few have all included pre and post conference tours customized for the specific demographics of the group.
